Austin Surgeons is in its fourth decade of meeting the needs of Austin and Central Texas in the specialty of General Surgery. We treat a broad range of surgical conditions including hernias, gallstones and gallbladder disease, endocrine conditions involving the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands, and we perform surgery for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and hiatal hernias. We provide oncologic surgical care for a variety of cancer conditions, including breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and skin cancers such as melanoma, in addition to placing “port-a-caths” for chemotherapy. We also care for many emergency conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as appendicitis, diverticulitis, and obstruction of the bowel.
